I've been using the workshop.vdf method for a while now and it's been working fine up until the recent update. For some reason the workshop files will not download and I tried many different ones. The only ones that works are the ones download previously or are already loaded onto my server. Any idea why this is happening? This happens for both my home server and rented server.
If this makes any difference, both servers run on Windows.
Same problem here. Lots of people are having this problem, too.

Yours is for broken uploads, not downloading to the server using workshop.vdf
