Has somebody created a realistic water physics mod?

I am curious about this because I recently saw a gmod video which actually showed an object moving in the water and splashing it around like it were the real thing. Video below so you can see what I mean.

Has anybody made this yet and if so where can I get it?

Why is the video 720p but the graphics still looks like butthole?

The boat is probably a scripted entity with random torque applied to simulate it and the water splash is just a texture replacement I have seen on garrysmod.org
