So I found a dupe I wanna use in game, and was on the workshop website, and lcicked subscribe. InGame, I cannot seem to find where to spawn it from. I know its a dupe, I know (or assume) you use the Dupe or AdvDupe tool.... but niether place has them listed.

Try restarting your game.
It tells you that you may need to restart the game after installing something from the workshop.

I restarted game 3- 5 times and notting happen.. No dupe in my dupes list in dupes tab.. Every time i start game gmod downloads dupe, but still notting happen. Could some1 help a wannabe geek. Is there any way to use those dupes?

Well, I'd have to say that's a serious glitch that needs fixed. Subscriptions made out of game through the website are not accessible in-game.
Yeah, the Dupes tab really ought to have a "Favourites" section or something where all workshop subscribed dupes go. Maybe additionally have subscription/favourite buttons on the items in the dupes menu.
Yeah, that and a search function on the in-game workshop. that would be handy too.
Garry really needs to fix this problem. I've waited to use a dupe for 3-5 weeks now.
