PERP (the one you have is the original PERP) is a fucking old gamemode. It needs alot of tweaking.
i know but this fucking menu is annoying and it shows up as no lua error in console or server console
Stop the menu from being created when the player spawns.
Then, when a person talks to an NPC, create the talk VGUI.
