Wire Ballsocket Latch?

Hey Facepunch,

basically, I was wondering how hard it would be to create a wiremod tool similar to the Wire Weld Latch, but instead of welding two props, it created a ballsocket/advanced ballsocket between them. This would be of near infinite usefulness to Garrysmod builders, so I ask that someone at least consider it.
