Some features work in SP but not MP for this SWEP.

Hello I am currently using this railgun: [URL]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=127055[/URL]

It works perfectly in singleplayer but in multiplayer. The person shooting the weapon, cannot hear any sounds nor see the laser BUT other people can.

Can anyone take a look at the code and see what they can find wrong with it?

im sorry i didnt download the swep but look for functions like SinglePlayer() and isDedicatedServer() they may be causing these problems.
