Write Files Outside of Data Folder

Are there any modules, besides RawIO or hIO, that can write files outside of GMod's data folder? Or, if by any chance, someone has RawIO or hIO and can give them to me that'd be great.

Thanks, but when I go to download it Chrome can't find the webpage. Same with any other browser I try.

I've been looking for that for about 3 months now. Granted, I didn't look very hard but thanks.
