[GM13] [ERROR] attempt to call global 'PCallError' (a nil value)

Hi, I get [ERROR] attempt to call global 'PCallError' (a nil value). I've googled and looked through Garry's blogs and news but haven't been able to find and kind of reference pointing out there was a change in this function. Any ideas?

I might add this is whats throwing the error:
hook.Add("Think", "Wire_DebuggerThink", function() PCallError(Wire_DebuggerThink) end)
