Yes, i know how to made a swep with shoot particles in Gmod 12 with Leeroy Base, but in gmod 13 i not really know how to make a swep..
Anyone here knows how to make a sample swep in gmod 13?
It's pretty much the same thing. Just make a SWEP and then try to fix any errors that may occur.
