I can't set groups for the police station doors, ( I get no option ) , i'm set as Owner for my ULX group, not sure why i'm not able to do this, I was able to earlier.
This doesn't sound like a sandbox problem, have you checked your privileges?

try setting youself to superadmin via fadmin?
fadmin setaccess <name> superadmin
I have this problem and ive been trying to fix it for days did you find a fix?
