How can i load a photoshopped F4 menu to my server?

Hello i am as more new in lua and would like to know if it is possible to make a tab hud in photoshop and upload to my server and how. this also counts for the normale darkrp money,wallet,job ... Layout Etc

So if i like make an image in photoshop and than put the name of the server and logo on the top of the tab menu it is working?
So yes how can i put it in my server

It also requires some lua for placement of the image, and displaying the integers.

I originally thought this was the best way to do things... It's not. Just learn how to do VGUI. It's really not that hard.
