I need fast download, fully set up '.bz2'.
I need all of the EvoCity map textures, TDM cars etc to all be downloaded.

To to clear things up.
I do have a working IIS7 webserver that does allow file downloads from it.
I just need somoene to create the resouce files and add the files to the webserver to allow full model/texture download on Garry's Mod.

You would need to find a web server for the fast download, then you can set up a fast download by following this [URL="http://xuras.net/index.php?topic=1037.0"]tutorial[/URL], or you can find more by searching on Google or what not.
Any way to get free webservers?
