I know that Evolve is a dead project but it still works.
When ever I say something in chat it is said twice

are you sure other people can see the double chat? maybe it is only echoing back to the player and everyone else only see's it once
regardless if that was the case how can I go about fixing it (I will see if its just me when I can get one of my admins on :P)

Keep your money. Try removing .../lua/ev_plugins/[B]sh_rankcolors.lua[/B] and see if it changes.
