Questions regarding Linux Debian and using windows gmod files on it, please help!

Hi, im about to purchase a VPS from this company. Here is the company anyway with the packages; [url]http://afterburst.com/unmetered-vps[/url]

Also, i have made my server on my home PC (Uses windows 7) and was planning to transfer it over to the VPS but they use linux, will i still be able to transfer my files for my gmod server etc? and will i face any problems?

you shouldn't face any problems unless you try to use the exe / dll on the vps instead of using steamcmd to download it.

So i could basically get the linux version of steamcmd install gmod and merge everything with the files i have on my pc?
