I added this the via the workshop.vdf. Not working, any help greatly appreciated!

I recomend not using the workshop.vdf. What I did was download the addon via the workshop to my client, I then used a [URL="http://facepunch.com/threads/1173875"]gmod extractor [/URL] to get the files from the gma file, I then added them to my server files.
It's not working because that workshop addon isn't coded to the ttt swep coding.
You'd have to extract it like smithy said and edit the shared.lua to what it says here:
