How do I get a NPC to sell and buy cars on a DarkRP server??

I have TDM cars but don't how to get a dealer and so on. If anyone can help me with this I would love it.

On the DarkRP wiki, it shows you every thing there. Its in your addentites file and right what it says to right on the wiki. To find your addentites file go to darkrp and theres a gamemode and in the gamemode file there is the addentites so like this, darkrp/gamemode/addentites.
