I have seen on some servers that the map downtown is bright at first but after a while it turns dark and goes back to light in a while. Is that from the map itself or is that a lua code?
Yes but i think you'll have a hard time finding a working one for gmod13 (i'm not sure if someone have released a gmod13 fix)

Ok I got it working, but it is going crazy. it is changing between night and day every 20 seconds
