Addon for Tab/playerlist TTT server

Hello Facepunch Community its two weeks ago that i made a TTT server now I search a addon. At many server you can press tab then you can right klick on one name after this you can decide if you want to copy the steam id or go on his steam Profil. Can Somebody help me how does the Addon call?

if you'd actually search, you'd know its an simple edit of the default TTT Scoreboard.
