Guys i want to make a gamemode that people would like but i can't post the gamemode i'm thinking of doing because people might steal this idea from me and my mate we come up with this but we need help of coding it if you would do this it would be a great help and i would make you a rank like God-Coder for my server and make you have the control of my server as well please help me if you do want to help please post.

First off, no one is going to do something like create a gamemode for free.

You going to need to hire someone to do the stuff unless someone is willing to generously give you their time for free.
Second off, 'stealing' your gamemode could technically still be done by a guy who says he's gonna code for you, then run off with your idea so if I were you I wouldn't worry about someone stealing it since it probably won't happen anyways.
Ranks like 'God-Coder' and such are not really incentives to code for you. Now I'm just repeating myself, but I strongly and I mean STRONGLY suggest you go and learn some Lua for yourself. It can be a very rewarding experience for yourself if you stick with it. You can actually buy a book that shows you the jist.
