What's the most efficient way to have lots of usable 'parts' on a main entity?

Trying to make all the different parts on the middle bit of this as little of a performance hit as possible.
edit: To clarify a bit further, the things on the center all do very different things, from bringing up VGUI menus to modifying the base entity. Also some are animated with poseparams, like standard gmod/wiremod buttons.
