Pocket glitch

I have a DarkRP server, and there is a glitch when you pocket shipments or other stuff

So the first problem is, for exaple when you pocket a shipment, and you place it again, it gets nocollided with every prop, and when you pocket it, thne click R and then drop it, it wont be nocollided but you cant get the weapons out anymore by pressing E on it.

The second problem is admins can pocket almost any item that isn't too heavy, so also props from normal users, like a piece of their house or whatever.
I use ULX and uLib for admin stuff
