Making a harpoon like gun that reels people in.

I would like to make a gun that reels people in after u shoot a harpoon or something into them, I have no clue how to do this, Can any one help?

You have two options, learn LUA or pay someone to do it for you.

I actually support having a goal in mind, like an Addon attempting to make it and learn from places like the wiki and the forums when you encounter problems. Though, there is a 99% chance the first thing you make will be coded very poorly and won't work very well.

So don't run head first into a project you actually want to work.
