Make the player view follow the weapon rotation, but while keeping the eye point

Well in other words im trying to simulate an " weapon swingging " effect view my idea was to get the relative location of the root bone of the weapon and as it swings arround the screen apply the relative location to the player view, now my main issue is letting it follow the weapon bone location but while keeping it in the player view so the view is still calculated in the player view but now it follows also the weapon location
its not exactly for gmod but i guess the same example can be applied
