I own a very fun TTT server and its pretty popular but there's some problems running it, I'm ALWAYS GETTING MESSAGES!!! fix this, ban him, RDM RDM!!!! Its so annoying and i've figured out i can have no one know I am admin and still run the server without consequences, perm bans with out anyone knowing who banned him or who to go to ask for a unban, that would be heaven. I changed my profile name and pic removed all friends related to server and covered my trail as much as possible even made my alias hard to find... but valve isnt built to help you disappear, always leaving hints and clues and there's always nosy people who try to dig me up and think they proved something by calling me out....
WHAT I NEED DONE:
I want a mod for my TTT gamemode that makes me not show up on the tab menu and not show my profile picture or anything and each round my Name changes when your cursor is over me. Sweet Jesus I would just love that!
Just saying here - God awful idea. First of all, your job as an admin/owner is to listen to those complaints and handle them. If you can't handle that then you have no business being in a position of power. Another thing is that it would lead to many game-breaking issues, such as when people hold tab to see the scoreboard and see if anyone else is alive, if your name is not showing then they will assume that if there are two on there (but really three since you're alive) then they'll kill the other person. Another issue is that people will RDM and such more because they don't see you there, whereas the presence of an admin normally quiets down most people. What I'm trying to say is hire more staff members to help you if you feel overwhelmed or don't even be in a position of power if you can't handle it. Going "invisible" won't help whatsoever.
