• Having issues with particles!

I have a problem with this piece of code. The fire1 is conflicting with custom vmt/vtf files that is installed in the server. Some people see some icon changing pretty fast instead of the usual fire, and others see the regular fire. Anybody know how to stop the vmt/vtf files from appearing?
