sv_createpacketentities: GetEntServerClass failed major issue.

Hello, as you have seen from the title I'm getting an issue whenever I spawn an entity. As soon as I get into the entity, the server crashes with the error in a new popup box

[B]"sv_createpacketentities: GetEntServerClass failed for ent 128."[/B]

I'm wondering if anybody knows how to fix this issue, thanks a lot for your time.

Look at your post.. would you be able to help someone if they posted that?

Have you checked if it still happens after you remove all addons+use sandbox?
