I guess you are talking about the Damagelog menu which Tommynator made for TTT? If so he chose to remove it, a member put up a link for a second download but now that has been removed, my guess is that Tommynator does not want anyone to have it.
Are those the logs that say the weapons ent. to be able to spawn them, and then they also say the damage logs for the round.

Binding a key is simple, This should have almost even been in the Help & Support forum. This is mainly for developers as different questions are usually asked here.
I'm not going to say this is a better question, but usually we see questions like: How do I alter TTT to automatically print the damage logs out for every player after each round?
As one example.
