I have tried putting this in my gamemode folder but it doesnt work any ideas?

You do need a command, look at the bottom of the file. It adds a console command to enable the head bob.

DOH! thank you how would i get it so it automatically puts in that command for anyone that joins?
Edit: tested by typing it into console and it comes up "Unknown command: toggle_HBOB"
