Hey there, just a quick question. So when I edit the ulx_motd file in my server it doesn't do anything. My ingame motd just keeps saying:

Is there somewhere that I have to change where the default motd loads from or something?

Definitely isn't that, have restarted it plenty of times before.
I think I have found the problem. If you have CSS installed on the server, then go to the cstrike folder and look for motd.txt and motd_text.txt. motd.txt is for html, motd_text.txt is just what the text says for motd.txt. Try changing those.
I will post the solution just incase someone ever has the same problem, maybe this will help someone out someday. You have to make a motd file in the root folder.
Theres a Motd.txt somewhere in the files, edit it.Or go to ULX menu and change it to a website.
