Explosion not doing any damage

This error is bugging me alot.

So, swep_bases had an RPG SWEP and entity, but its explosions never did any damage, i tried lots of stuff to make it work, but no succes so far.

I have no idea where it could be wrong, so im gonna post the code here:

Why the extra post? Make sure it is being called on the SERVER.
