Disable all Items in an Spawnlist on Gmod 13 Server

I'm setting up an DarkRP Server, and now i wanna disable laggy Items, basically all items in "Specialized".

So well i'm a bit too lazy, so is there a way to disable Complete Secions from the Spawnmenu?

No, just add all of the bad models to blocked model list.

I'd highly recommend using a whitelist rather than a blacklist if you aren't already.
