Move player to vector V2

Hello I have made this post as I need something more... complicated.

I wish to make a chat command that an admin will use to tp someone to a certain vector.

EG [QUOTE]!adminsend wholegamer[/QUOTE] <- Will TP me to a vector.

So, how would I make the second variable (wholegamer) be the user targeted / affected?
