How would i make a loading screen download display?

I'm thinking of creating a loading screen, but i have no idea how to make it display the downloading.. Such as, Sending Client Info.. Retrieving Server Info.. Workshop mounted.. etc..

So, can someone PLEASE help me out here? I have absolutely 0% idea.
