Garrys Mod Server Help

I have a few questions about my garrys mod server,
it is self hosted and i was wondering if anyone knew how to keep this on like from a cloudhost or something, so my friends can play while im offline

secondly, does anyone know how to host multiple gmod servers off of one machine?
i have already port forwarded 27015 or what ever the default port is,
do i have to portforward 27016?

You have to keep the server machine online 24/7 for your friends to be able to play when you are not around.

Install two dedicated servers, use -port 27016 on the second one and port forward 27016
