Okay, this is what happened.
-Radio worked fine, could play anything
-GMod steampipe thing update came out
-Radio causes: "Failed to load sound "radiosongs\offspring - all i want.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository" error
Does anyone have the same issue ? The files didn't change their position nor got deleted yet the error appears.
You need to move steamapps\username\garrysmod\garrysmod\sound\radiosongs\offspring - all i want.mp3
to
steamapps\common\garrysmod\garrysmod\sound\radiosongs\offspring - all i want.mp3

That makes no sense, I don't have garrysmod folder in "common"

Currently there is no mp3 support unless you opt into the dev branch. The next update should have this support again.
