[DarkRP] People aren't respawning with the default tools! (Phys Gun, keys, camera, etc.)

Hi everyone
So I'm running a dedicated DarkRP server. It seems whenever I (and I assume anyone else) dies, I don't respawn with the default weapons.
This seems to apply with all jobs, though if I switch a job, it gives me the tools/starting weapons of that job.
Also, when I die as a job, I can re-join that job even though it says I'm already that job.
For example, I'm a Gangsta and I die. For some reason, I can join the Gangsta's again to get my tools back, even though I'm already a Gangsta.

Any solutions for this kind of problem?
