how to make people unable to use toolgun on car and how to add ammo to jobs?

1-people on my server can sue toolgun(change material and color/ weld it/add rope/etc..) on their car so how i make them unable to use it on there car ?

2-the guns(cw) with the job come with one clip only how to increase the clips or give him more ammo when he spawn?

3-and is there anyway to make ranks have more prop then other ranks E.G(user 50prop premium 100prop) :wavey:

1:use "CanTool" hook and "CanProperty" hook for this. also use a table for the ranks you want to be able to use this.
2: Edit the gun files and make it spawn with more ammo is straight forward.
3: I would suggest using URS.
