Learn to lua code

Can I please be pointed to the right direction for coding lua. I would rather like videos but anything would be fine. :) I would love to learn to become 100x Than am right now (which is not good at all) I would really appreciate if someone helped me out:)

Thanks, maybe i can start learning lua and keep away from here so ill stop being harassed. :(
