• ULX Ranks bug

Hello i have a problem in my server where random users that are in custom ulx groups (V.I.P, Admin, Etc.) will get demoted out of no where. It will randomly happen and it varies from user to user. The only thing that i have done that could possibly be causing this is add an automatic donation script and ULX Global Bans. They both use Mysql and after i added those, that is when all of this started happening. Doesn't make any sense though why either of these would cause people to randomly lose ranks. Does anyone know why this could be happening?
In my experience with external mysql automatic donation systems. The problem usually resides in the saving of information to the table itself. Most donation systems, occasionally check the table for changes and set ranks accordingly. If the value were to be missing, then I would assume the system would remove all access rights from said user. I would ask whoever you purchased this donation system from to help you debug.

I understand what you are saying and that sounds like that would be what is happening. I contacted the guy who made it and he just told me "My addon wouldn't do that" and that is about all i got from him. It is obviously that addon seeing as it only started happening after i added the script. The even weirder thing is that it demoted an Admin even though the group Admin is never addressed in the database. I would really like some sort of solution seeing as someone donated yesterday and in the ULX menu they are there but in the database they do not exist.
