Change the walkspeed?

I feel that the walking speed (the ALTwalk one) is a little fast for me. How can I reduce that speed to something slower? I can't find the default walkspeed commands, and the Player Movement Addon (get it from the workshop) doesn't help me in that regard.

The names are misleading. Walk is normal walking, run is sprinting. There isn't one for actual walking.

Oh and I mean the walking speed when you press ALT.
