Problem with models

Can anyone tell me what is this?...Even on TF2 models and many of them are like this...They change some colors while i walk around them...How to fix that?...Please i want to play Garry's Mod i've always wanted it..Btw,when i downloaded it for first time everything was ok...I reinstalled windows from xp to 7 now those colours shows..

Try reinstalling your Garrys Mod 13. Im not entirely sure that it will work, but heres how to do it:

1. Open up "Computer".
2. Find your Steam Folder, go into it and then open SteamApps.
3. Locate your GarrysMod folder.
4. Delete it.
5. Go back into steam, and launch GarrysMod, it will reinstall everything and it should fix it.
6 (Optional). Download everything that you had before eg. Playermodels, Custom Weps.

This should work, but im not sure.
