Change bodygroup of playermodel

So, I've been trying to change my playermodels bodygroup using

 player:SetBodygroup( 1, 5 ) 

for example.

However nothing happends when I do this. - No errors etc -
I've tried a shitload of things but I can't seem to get it to work.

Name of bodygroup: torso

Any information about how the :SetBodygroup is also welcome, or anything related to bodygroups so to speak.
