ULX Groups And Targetting

For some reason some groups are able to target groups that are higher up than that group, and I can't figure out why. For example, VIP can target operator, owner, superadmin etc.

Ok, to make it so only certain groops can target groups do this:

1. Go to the ULX menu
2. Go to the groups TAB
3. Click on the little drop down menu thingy
3. Select Manage Groups
4. Select a group where you would like to edit there targeting abilities
5. Now for the somewhat tricky part. Look at where it says "Can Target." Then paste !%Onerankhigher. An example is if you do not want Admin to be able to target superadmin you would put in the Can Target category "!%superadmin." The "!%" is basically can't target anyone above this group.

Another example: Make it so superadmin can't target headadmin put in !%headadmin in the Can Target spot for superadmin.
