DarkRP HUD Disappearing Server Side When People Switch Jobs

Ok well when ever say someone switches jobs, everyone's HUD disappears when they spawn back in as that job it comes back for everyone. When people die it does the same thing every time someone say is dead or spawning back in the HUD disappears. Help would be very appreciated.

This also isnt just the HUD the mic on your right disappears and doors owners cant be seen as well as other HUD elements.
