SRCDS - LuaShared: failed to create/get IFileSystem

Hello. When I try to startup my SRCDS server i'm kept getting luashared: failed to create/get IFileSystem error. I've tried to wipe orangebox/bin & reupdate it but it didn't help. Any ideas ?
