I was looking for some constructive criticism on my loading screen! I made it in Photoshop and it took me about 30 mins.

Don't mention that you do have MC maps.
I see, i'm new to hosting TTT servers. I take it minecraft is shunned?
If you don't want a server full of 10 year olds screaming on voicechat all the time, don't mention MC maps and don't even use them.
It's an insanely large .png (which took me ages to load) with a low resolution CS:S model placed oddly in the corner with terrible fonts and loud music.
The music can be a bit off-putting. If I were you I'd quieten it down or remove it.
Very inventive name for a song too by the way; [i]rapemusic.mp3[/i].
Also "Ground rules", that's not proper english.

I have a large monitor everything seems to be in correct proportions to me. However this isn't final i was playing around with some stuff, the final image will be of correct size to accommodate the typical monitor.
It's mostly the fact that you have a very, very high resolution background and then low-resolution pictures and fonts. Also the fact that it's a .png which takes ages to load.
The Minecraft image looks very blurry for to me. Also, you should look on Google and find some nicer looking fonts, just looks somewhat bland, to me.

Me saying 'crap' is referring to objects. It has no connection with the music.
Use DIV elements for quicker loading. Then you can have separate images for each map which is loading... Use a solid background color, use a background image if necessary but at least with divs you can make it look really good and not take forever to load.

It is.
Look's nice. Yet it's very big, plus the minecraft image seems a bit blurry.
