I was looking around for one and I can't seem to find one. I was wondering if there's a 'set-owner' toolgun that will allow you to change ownership of a prop from yourself to someone else.
You could just dupe it.

I'm trying to make it so that car dealers can give ownership of their cars on DarkRP to the players they sell them to. I've disabled dupes for vehicles due to abuse. So I was wondering if there was a setowner tool for that reason.

DarkRP Uses FPP.Add it to buy function[CODE]ent:Setowning_ent(ply)[/CODE]
ent is car and ply is buyer

i am using FPP, how would I go about adding it to the buy function? I put it in as a custom vehicle so you can press F2 and buy it but it still appears as the original creator's prop.
