People can pick up and delete other peoples props [darkrp]

In my darkrp server, I've just realized that people can pick up and delete other peoples props. I'm using Falco's prop protection, and any class can do it.

Go to Utilities > Falco's Prop Protection > Admin Settings. Check if all the protections are enabled.

Well, look what players can do, you say that they can delete props so look at the toolgun tab and check the settings.
