Evolve, People getting stuck when i pick them up with physics gun

So basically, I lift people with the physics gun, and 1/20 or so times, they get stuck, and can't move at all, and i have to un-ragdoll them. Does anyone know why this happens? or how to fix it?
No errors in console, that's all i know.

Teleport them instead.
