Hey everybody, well right now me and some friends started up a gaming community, and one of the servers is a TTT server. Well me and my friend have the job of getting content on the TTT server, but my friend is being helpful. So I'm coming to the facepunch community ask what would you guys like to see on a TTT server? What would really interest you guys?
Uniqueness
People who actually interact and talk with randomers, and not just regulars. Like, I remember server-hopping and I could not swap/change weapon and asked to be stripped, but was completely ignored. If someone asks a question and isn't sure how to do something, it's always really nice to have regulars talk and tell the person how to do it.
When some of the custom content is unique and specifically made. I could basically made a bingo card for TTT servers because a lot of server owners seem to cram in as much tacky publicly available content as they can. I understand public stuff can be great, we use quite a bit of it on ours, but what makes your server stand out to others if you call yourself custom and have nothing but a jihad, Pointshop and a traitor Ak47 that's description is what's on Bad King's weapon tutorial?
Doesn't take an hour to get into the server. Custom models and materials can be great, but do have some consideration for players who may have slow internet and not want to wait 10 minutes to simply get into a server.

very much agree with NiandraLades, Just make a server which people love to play on :), Be nice and everything shall be okay :D... Maybe add somekind of autopromote ( this it just a way to show people that they get benefits from playing on your server :D... pointshop is also an option. Just say if you didn't understand this part, then i shall explain it :D)
Make sure to show people its not just a ripoff of another server, make it unique and show people that its YOUR server :)
And then just get a really great community up and running with some friendly admins and nice players :)
